SWAMIH Fund : Helping You Complete Your Home

The SWAMIH Fund (Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income Housing) was announced on November 6, 2019, by Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman. The government set it up as an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) to provide urgent financial help for completing stalled housing projects.
